Goal Brief

FlowPay is concept Fintech app to aim the design an onboarding experience for their fintech platform that balances speed, trust, and compliance. The goal was to simplify user registration, guide customers through KYC verification, and help them make their first successful payment with confidence.

How We Started

We envisioned an onboarding flow that removes friction while still meeting strict fintech compliance standards. The mission was to design for trust and guidance, ensuring users feel secure, informed, and motivated to complete their first transaction.

Project Process

Research & Conceptualization
We analyzed fintech onboarding challenges and identified key pain points: drop-offs during verification, lack of progress visibility, and unclear error handling. Our research confirmed that trust, clarity, and speed were critical to retention.

UI/UX Design
Using Figma, we designed a clean, component-based system. The onboarding flow included splash screen, multi-option sign-up, stepwise KYC, and a progress tracker. The design emphasized transparency, guidance, and rewarding users at key milestones.

Development Handoff & Optimization
We built interactive prototypes optimized for accessibility, responsiveness, and developer implementation. The handoff package included structured documentation, screen specs, and microcopy for error states and success flows.
