Bent’s Woodworking approached us to revamp their AI-powered woodworking assistant, aiming to deliver a modern, intuitive, and highly functional user experience. They wanted a complete redesign of the chat interface to showcase AI responses alongside related video content and product recommendations. Additionally, they required a well-structured admin dashboard for managing products, generating blogs, and organizing upcoming content features, all while ensuring a clean, professional, and user-friendly interface.
How We Started
Bent’s Assistant initially had a functional but outdated interface with limited focus on user experience. The chat interface lacked clear hierarchy for responses, related video content, and product suggestions. The admin panel also needed structured management features. Our goal was to revamp the platform for an intuitive, clean, and modern user experience while integrating essential AI-powered tools for both end-users and administrators.

Research & Conceptualization
Analyzed the existing platform to identify pain points: cluttered chat interface and lack of visual clarity.
Conducted secondary research on AI-powered learning platforms and e-commerce product management systems.
Created a new information architecture to organize chat responses, video cards, and related products seamlessly.
UI/UX Design
Redesigned the Chat Interface with a structured layout: text responses at the top, related videos card carousel in the middle, and related product item cards at the bottom.
Introduced a clean left-side navigation bar with New Chat, Products, History, and Admin Tools for easy access.
Designed a visually engaging Admin Dashboard with product management tools, content generators, and analytics placeholders.
Designed a settings page with theme customization and color selection for personalization.

Created high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma and tested navigation flow.
